INSTRUCTIONS

1) Click on Answer Key put your name and date on top and complete all 130 questions on form filled pdf

WINDOWS
2a) When finished click download button (top right) on fly out click "with your changes"

MAC OS
2b) When finished go to
File - Export to PDF
and save with your full name

3) Save to your Desktop

4) Attached Final Answer Key to email - in Subject put your first and last name then FINAL ie:
"Jane Doe - FINAL"

5) Email attached Final to R.Spells@iDriveHH.com
